Incompatibilities
We recognize the importance of each product being fully compatible with your specific needs. If an item designated as compatible does not fully meet your expectations, Mv Spools commits to covering all costs associated with returning the product and shipping a suitable replacement. However, if the incompatibility results from customer error, the customer will bear the costs related to the return and shipping of the correct product. To minimize such incidents, we invite you to use our various communication channels, where our team is always ready to offer you expert and personalized advice before you make your purchase.
Delivery Times
We strive to process and ship your order within 24 hours of purchase confirmation, ensuring fast and efficient delivery. We use express courier services for most of our shipments, ensuring delivery within 24/48 hours. For shipments handled by traditional postal services, times may vary. Please note that orders placed after 12:00 PM on Thursday will be processed the following Monday or the next business day.
Orders Returned to Sender
In the event of absence during delivery and subsequent return of the package to our facilities, the costs associated with reshipment will fall on the customer, who must arrange and pay for a new shipment to receive their package.
Customs Rejection
When making a purchase on our website with international shipping (outside Europe), product prices are shown reduced because they do not include taxes. The customer is therefore aware that they must pay the corresponding customs duties and taxes in their country's customs office. If the customer refuses to pay these duties and the order is returned to our facilities, both the outbound and return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. This is because Mv Spools initially assumes the costs of both shipments with the carrier, and the refusal to pay the mandatory taxes by the customer means that these costs must be passed on to them. By completing their order, the customer expressly accepts this condition.
Returns and Refunds
We offer you a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal. It is imperative that the item is returned in its original packaging and unused for the return to be accepted. After the initial 14-day period, any return will require prior authorization from Mv Spools. Returns resulting from errors on our part will be fully refunded, including shipping costs.
Processing Returns
If your return has been previously authorized by our customer service team, we ask you to send the products to the address indicated below, making sure to include a note inside the package referencing your order number for quick identification upon arrival at our facilities:

For returns from outside Spain, it is crucial to indicate on the carrier's documentation that it is a return, to avoid additional charges.
