DELIVERIES & RETURNS

Incompatibilities:

If you buy a product indicated as compatible and the product is not, Mvspools will be responsible for the return shipping costs and delivery of correct material. Otherwise, if the customer is responsible, she will have to bear the costs of return and delivery of correct material. Remember that you have WhatsApp, Web Chat, Email and Social Networks to ensure their compatibility.

Delivery times:

All orders are sent by by Correos, which will be a period of 7/15 days for International shipments. Orders will be managed after 24 hours to guarantee the complete production of the order.

For orders placed on Friday after 12 noon, this period will start on the following Thursday or the business day after it. For orders placed on Saturdays and holidays, this term will count from the next business day.

Orders returned to sender:

Orders will be sent to the customer's address. If this is absent and the package returns to the sender. Mv Spools will not be responsible for shipping costs. Being the customer who will have to pay for the shipment again to retrieve their package.

Returns and Refunds:

According to the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, as a client, you have a period of seven days from receipt of the demanded goods. In the case of exercising your right of withdrawal, you must inform MV Spools and send the corresponding return at your expense, clearly indicating the invoice number and the reason for the return. Only products that come in their original and unused packaging will be accepted, after checking that the merchandise is in perfect condition. After a period of seven days from the date of receipt, returns will only be accepted with the prior approval of our company, otherwise the return will be rejected and forwarded. Returns originated for reasons of our responsibility, will be paid in full, including ports.

Carriers:

All parcel shipments made with the transport company Correos do NOT have insurance. Mv Spools will not be responsible for the loss or non-delivery of the package. All other available carriers DO have insurance.

Process Returns:

Once the return has been accepted by the customer service department, you must send the items to the following address:

Inside the package, insert a sheet with the reference of your order so that we can identify the package once it is received at our facilities.

If your return comes from outside Spain, you must indicate that it is a return to the transport company so that no additional costs are charged upon receipt of the order. Any additional cost will be rejected by the company and the package will return to its origin.
