J'ai récemment acheté une bobine ainsi qu'une araignée pour mon moulinet Shimano C14+35. Lors de l'utilisation, j'ai remarqué un petit blocage lorsque la bobine arrive en bas. J'ai contacté le service client du site, et ils ont été très réactifs à mes messages. Leur assistance m'a été d'une grande aide, et je suis confiant qu'ils trouveront une solution à ce petit souci. En général, je suis satisfait de mon achat et de l'attention portée par le service après-vente.
