Incompatibilities

In the event that an item designated as compatible does not fully meet your expectations, Mv Spools commits to covering all costs associated with returning the product and sending a suitable replacement. However, if the incompatibility is due to a customer's error, the customer will bear the costs related to the return and shipment of the correct product. Delivery Times
We strive to process and send your order within 24 hours after the confirmation of your purchase, ensuring a fast and efficient delivery. We use express courier services for most of our shipments, ensuring delivery within 24/48 hours. For shipments managed by traditional postal services, delivery times may vary. It is important to note that orders placed after 12:00 PM on Thursday will be processed the following Monday or next business day.
Orders Returned to Sender
In case of absence during delivery and consequent return of the package to our facilities, the costs associated with resending will fall on the customer, who must arrange and pay for a new shipment to receive their package.
Returns and Refunds
We offer you a 14-day period from the receipt of the product to exercise your right of return. It is imperative that the item is returned in its original packaging and unused for the return to be accepted. After the initial 14-day period, any returns will require prior authorization from Mv Spools. Returns due to errors on our part will be fully refunded, including shipping costs.
Processing Returns
If your return has been previously authorized by our customer service team, we ask you to send the products to the following address, ensuring to include a note within the package that refers to your order number for prompt identification upon arrival at our facilities:
