Product Compatibility
At MV Spools, we are committed to ensuring that every product purchased is fully compatible with the fishing reel for which it is intended.
If a product listed as compatible on our website proves to be incompatible due to an error in the compatibility information provided by MV Spools, we will cover all costs associated with the return and the shipment of the correct replacement product at no additional cost to the customer.
However, if the incompatibility is the result of an incorrect product selection made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs for the replacement product.
Before placing your order, we strongly recommend using the Compatibility Search Tool available on our website to identify the correct product for your fishing reel. This tool has been designed to help you quickly and accurately find the correct reference, minimizing the possibility of ordering the wrong item.
Production & Shipping Times
At MV Spools, we manufacture a large proportion of the products we sell. This allows us to maintain extensive stock availability while ensuring strict quality control and efficient production times.
In-Stock Products
All products available in our warehouse are prepared and dispatched within 24 business hours after order confirmation.
Made-to-Order Products
Some of our products, particularly those manufactured on demand or temporarily out of stock (such as certain Teflon spools), require additional production time before shipment. Production times may vary depending on the product reference and current manufacturing workload.
Shimano Spare Parts
We keep a large inventory of Shimano spare parts, which are also dispatched within 24 business hours whenever they are available in our warehouse.
If the requested spare part is not available in our facilities but is available from Shimano, the usual delivery time is 5 to 10 business days.
If the spare part is not available in Shimano's inventory, we will contact you to inform you of the estimated production and supply time provided by Shimano. These lead times generally range from 15 to 180 days, depending on Shimano's production schedule and stock availability.
Please note that these lead times are established exclusively by Shimano and are therefore beyond the control of MV Spools.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Spain (Mainland): 24–48 business hours.

European Union: 48–72 business hours.

Rest of the World: 5–6 business days, depending on the destination and selected shipping service.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond MV Spools' control, including transport delays, customs procedures, adverse weather conditions or periods of exceptionally high demand.
Order Processing Schedule
Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM (Spanish mainland time) will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Thursday, as well as orders placed during weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Orders Returned to Sender
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. This includes the recipient's name, street address, postal code, city, state or province (where applicable), country, and a valid telephone number including the appropriate international dialing code.
Providing an incorrect telephone number or omitting the international dialing code may prevent the courier from contacting the recipient to resolve delivery issues, potentially resulting in delays or the return of the shipment to our facilities.
If an order is returned to MV Spools for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Incorrect postal code, city or country.

Incorrect telephone number or missing international dialing code.

Repeated absence of the recipient at the delivery address.

Failure to collect the parcel from the designated collection point within the carrier's specified timeframe.

Refusal to accept the parcel by the recipient.
The customer will be responsible for all logistics costs arising from the incident, including:

The original outbound shipping cost.

The return shipping cost charged by the carrier.

The full cost of reshipping the order if requested.
These charges must be paid before the order can be shipped again.
If the customer chooses to cancel the order after it has been returned to our warehouse, any refund will be issued after deducting the outbound and return shipping costs, provided the merchandise is received in its original condition.
To avoid delivery issues, we strongly recommend reviewing all shipping information carefully before completing your purchase, paying particular attention to the postal code, delivery address and telephone number including the correct international dialing code.
Refused Shipments Due to Customs Charges
For international shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, orders are invoiced without VAT, as they are considered export sales.
The recipient is solely responsible for paying any import duties, customs clearance fees, taxes or other charges imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country.
These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are not included in either the product prices or the shipping charges paid during checkout.
If the recipient refuses to pay these charges and the shipment is consequently returned to MV Spools, the customer will be charged for all logistics costs incurred, including:

The original outbound shipping cost.

The return shipping cost.

The full cost of reshipping the order, should the customer request it.
If the customer decides to cancel the order after the parcel has been returned, the refund will be processed after deducting the outbound shipping costs, return shipping costs and any additional expenses incurred in handling the shipment or its return, provided the goods are received back in perfect condition.
Refusing to pay customs duties or import taxes is considered a circumstance beyond the control of MV Spools. Therefore, the resulting logistics costs cannot be assumed by our company.
By placing an order for delivery outside the European Union, the customer acknowledges and accepts these conditions and agrees to comply with all import regulations applicable in their country.
Returns & Refunds
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal and request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
Once the initial 14-day period has expired, any return request will require prior authorization from MV Spools.
Returns resulting from an error on the part of MV Spools will be fully refunded, including the original shipping costs where applicable.
How to Return an Item
If your return has been authorized by our Customer Support team, please send the products to the following address. Be sure to include a note inside the parcel stating your order number to facilitate identification upon arrival.

For returns shipped from outside Spain, it is essential to clearly indicate on the carrier's customs documentation that the shipment is a returned merchandise, in order to avoid unnecessary customs duties or additional import charges.
